Feedback

Wakefield gardens surgery has a suggestion box located in reception. We have listened to your suggestions.

Home visits- These are available and made at the discretion of the individual doctor. These appointments will incur a fee.

Long waiting room times- Please call the surgery prior to your appointment to see how the doctor may be running. Reception staff will estimate and let you know. As you can appreciate this is just an estimation and if the doctor feels a patient requires more time to provide the best care, they may run over the allocated appointment time.

Seeing the doctor of your choice- Where possible we try to accommodate each patient’s request. However, there are times throughout the year when; a particular doctor may close their books to new patients, or your preferred doctor may be booked out or even on leave. Wakefield Gardens Surgery will endeavour to fit you in an appointment with a doctor if your preferred doctor is not available, we understand that patients like to see their regular doctor however at times it is not always possible, and all doctors at Wakefield Gardens Surgery will strive to assist you with your medical needs.

We welcome feedback on our service.
